This is a unique class that has now been running for 22 years with adaptations and changes along the way.
Since 1991 this class has proved very popular.
Why?

BodyTone is a mix of low impact or high impact with low intensity exercises and mat work using either body weight or simple pieces of equipment.
The class is available for all levels of fitness and adaptations can be made for all exercises.
Exercises are different each week and progressions are made weekly so that you see and feel a real difference.
Toning exercises are done whilst burning fat at the same time.
This class is not to be missed. Please join at any time throughout the term. No need to book, please just turn up and pay on the day. £7 or buy a termly pass and get one class free. Passes are available to buy through my online shop or during class by cheque or cash and will be given to you on your first visit.
