Following Fitness Pilates methods, my classes are challenging, yet rewarding. I sometimes use simple pieces of exercise equipment in my classes to help you with your range of movement. Classes are small to medium in numbers so that I can concentrate on individuals within the class. I accept men and women from all walks of life and all different ages. We work through a range of exercises covering all muscle groups in the body. This class includes more traditional Pilates exercises and flexibility sections. I keep updated regularly with the latest Pilates research and ideas, equipment use and functional training through courses and workshops.
Price: Each class is £7.50, made payable in advance each term.
